Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 10 business days.
US Domestic Shipping
We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Estimated delivery is 3–8 business days after dispatch. Tracking is included on all orders.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks depending on your country and customs processing. Tracking is provided where available.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not able to mark packages as ‘gifts’ or undervalue declarations.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 15 business days (US) or 6 weeks (international), please contact us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and find a resolution.
Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility
We accept returns on unmodified, standard items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Painted pieces (unless arrived damaged)
- Sale items
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
Email us at the address on your order confirmation with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply within 2 business days with instructions.
