Found in the United States and Mexico these freshwater reptiles most likely got their name from the Spanish words el lagarto, or "the lizard". They can grow up to 14 ft long and weigh close to 1000 pounds (454kg).
You can find these animals as far north as North Carolina and as far west as Texas. Their habitats are swamps, marshes, lakes, ponds, streams, and freshwater rivers. Since they are carnivores you might find them snacking on fish, frogs, birds, and other mammals. They can even crack open turtle shells. Mostly night hunters, they tend to drag and drown their prey.
These miniature skull replicas are meant to be realistic even in their small size. They would look great in your dollhouse or diorama or use them for your own art projects. 3D printed with extremely fine details. Our products are perfectly made, cleaned, and cured for you to enjoy.
