The first standard-issue semi-automatic military rifle that won WWII. Mainly used by U.S. forces but also given to allies as foreign aid. The M1 Garand was the standard service rifle for World War II and the Korean War but also saw limited use in the Vietnam War. Still in use by drill teams, military honor guards, and civilians as a hunting rifle. A true piece of military history, in miniature form!
